HOW TO USE ?

 step 1: download the file from link down below

 step 2: extract the file then you get a prftset format file

 step 3: open premiere pro and go to effects >rightclick >import preset>then import the file

 step 4: cut the area of the video that you want to add the effect,and drag the effect into the area

 step 5: now you are good to go !
