STEP 2: IMPORT TO EDITING SOFTWARE
STEP 3:JUST DRAG ON TO THE TOP OF YOUR VIDEOS IN TIMELINE
STEP 4:JUST CHANGE THE BLENDING MODE FROM NORMAL TO SCREEN.

These presets are actually videos ,color light flares on a black background you just drag this into the clip over the video that you want to add lens flare effect and just change the blending mode into screen from normal.Screen blending mode takes away also the black color from the videos.
